ProLIFE*2008! Man, this was a true grand experience for me! It was the first year my college participated in the worldwide protest agaist abortion. Over 100 students around our campus wore LIFE tape over their mouths the whole day. As they were seen around campus, many stopped to ask why students were wearing the tape.... they simple handed a piece of paper that explained : "Over 1/3 of OUR generation are killed from the choice given for abortion. By wearing the tape we are making a stand being PROLIFE && staying silent for that part of our generation that will never have a chance to speak. " Prayer was the main focus on campus. Prayer for students who may be facing the same decision. Accident or whatever it may be... a life is a life && God purposely designed that to be something beautiful! He put His own precious sweat & time into creating it, it being LIFE at which He breathed into & said you shall be my child!! God gives every LIFE before even born ...a purpose & will.. Don't Crush it!! So before you make a decision on wheather or not you support abortion just think about the LIFE it could be... the very LIFE God created for a special person in the World!

college life

well... i've had a whole lot to think about here lately. Just finished up half of my last fall semester @ Northeast. ( kinda exciting!) Classes have been pretty easy just a lot of work && involvment in the school community like fall fling week, miss northeast, presidential host, & work! it's all cool though cause i like staying busy & having things to do!

In 2 weeks i will be visiting University of Montevallo. Pretty excited about it!! I'll know though when i see it, if it's the place i most feel God wants me to be!

In 3 weeks i will be visiting University of South Alabama. Yeahh... didn't have this college in mind at all til a recruitor came to the college and pulled me aside & talk some about it! It seems like a really awesome school && there's a lot more opportunities there!! ( plus cabe although education is way more important right now! He'd just be a bonus! )

either way.. these are some decisions i'm really praying about!! God lead me in the right direction that He'd have me go! I'm just doing what He wants every step of the way && I know He'll let everything else fall into place!

WOW...the new stuff cause that's what's up!

* fall semester started: heck yeah! my new crew is awesome!! && plus all 35 new host are freakn amazing!! Brooke, Chase, & Miranda are pretty much tha shhhizzz! Fall fling will be starting soon which i will be dancing with the PRes. for Dancing with the Faculty..that week I will also be running a 5k! woop wooP!! ALL IN ALL ...school is super busy but toal madness which equals ROCKINEss!

*homecoming dance fever: totally woohoo! got to shake my little booty with my all time bestie Jessica!! yeahh some cupid shuffle =] && made a fool of myself in front of EVan! haha sorry ily!

afterward sonic time was priceless! Jessica won homecoming court!! you go girl

* the riot: Man ohh man! so much is happening! we just got new carpet down && are in the process of putting up the wall treatment && i have painting art that will go up in the room also which i'm stoked about! "the hangout" is also going under construction so i'm super busy with all of that! I'm looking forward to the new things && will keep you updated with pics & stuff! =]

*recovery ministries: so0o yeah this is a new monday nite ministry where we celebrate recovery with people who have had addictions & realize they need jesus ! i lead the teen girls class && I love them! the worship with these guys ... WOW ...totally RAW!! they know how to let Go & let lose!! they've been a true blessing to me & i'm so glad i am able to take part in what God is going to do in their lives!! They have amazing testimonys && are becoming truly broken before christ! WE have been having around 150 people there every night!! so THANK you JESUS!!

* just me: i have really been broken before God myself the past two weeks! God has truly riped me apart & sewed me back together with every stitch of HIm!! i will no longer question him & he's authority!! I'm just so excited about his love!!

* friday nite: the movie stunk! Best friends girl!! we left early & ate at wing stop!! then later that nite went and spent 4 hours at sonic!! =] yeahh it's the cool hang out!! then i played some penny ball with evan & rocked his socks! haha not he beat my tail! Big BOOTY central...we had about 10 people in all tryin to play && only about 2 people knew how!! =/ little aggrevating ha ily jessica!!
